Always a pleasure to do business here When I had to make an emergency visit to my daughter's school (200 miles away) I was in need of a service visit. Even though they had no appointments When I had to make an emergency visit to my daughter's school (200 miles away) I was in need of a service visit. Even though they had no appointments available, Falmouth Toyota told me to come by at the end of the day and they would squeeze me in. I was so appreciative! Everyone at the dealership is so nice and also committed to doing their jobs quickly and expertly. It really is a pleasure doing business with them. More

I feel like I won the lottery I usually don't write reviews. However... I have to gush. I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I I usually don't write reviews. However... I have to gush. I am a single mom of three, and although I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 30, I stopped by Falmouth Toyota last Saturday WITHOUT an appointment to see if maybe there was space for my overdue 30,000 mile checkup. When the service manager told me he could fit me in, I FELT LIKE I HIT THE LOTTERY! The manager gave me a ride to the golf course up the road so I could have lunch, and afterward I waited (napped) in the comfortable waiting room for about an hour. Because of their flexibility, I saved a valuable school vacation day with my kids. I am so grateful. I would call the Falmouth Toyota Service Center FAMILY FRIENDLY. Highly recommended. More

Now I just had my first service and that experience too was a proven winner. I was hesitant in the beginning to travel from Orleans to Falmouth to search out a dealer but I now know this is the place to do business with in all aspects. Truly a great dealership. More
