Regarding your concern about the dealer-installed packages — we respectfully disagree with the characterization of this as “shady.” We are fully transparent about these value-added items. The pricing is clearly disclosed on all vehicle listings across every site we advertise on, reflected in all payment calculators, and also posted on the window stickers of every car on our lot. Our goal is to make sure every customer has a clear understanding of the total cost upfront, with no surprises. We understand not everyone may see value in those additions, but we stand behind the products and the transparency with which they are presented.
