"They lost my trade-in title!"
We recently visited Ciocca Subaru to look at their models. We did a test drive in a Forester. In making the appointment, they suggested we bring in the title of our potential trade-in car for their review. We gave the title over to the salesman, who took it to the business office. It was supposed to be used for them to make a trade-in offer. Instead, they sent it to their business office and stamped it on the back, thinking it was a actual trade-in. For 45 minutes after our test drive, the salesman went scurrying around looking for our title. He even looked in waste baskets. When they finally found it, they admitted to stamping the back by mistake. That caused additional inconvenience since they had to have us apply for a duplicate title. They paid the fee, but no we must wait 7-10 days to receive a clean title. Meanwhile we cannot sell the car privately due to their blunder. We have bought three cars from the former Becker Subaru. Since Ciocca took it over, they have lost the personal touch of the Becker management. It is like an ant farm in there, with sales persons and lots of management running around. Their internal communication must be poor for them to screw up the way they did with our title. We will not buy a car there or recommend it to others. Subaru is a fine car. But this dealership leaves much to be desired.
"Just Bought My Fourth Subaru "
I walked in to Ciocca Subaru with the intent of driving a Crosstrek in order to see if I wanted to trade in my 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid.
The salesman, Jared Reanu was friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable.
I'll be picking up my 2018 Crosstrek tomorrow morning!
Having been a car salesman years ago, it's hard for me to tolerate any salesperson's "schpiel."
I've heard it all, I know all the tricks.
What I didn't know was, how different a dealership Ciocca Subaru truly was and the customer service they provide.
Our salesman, Adrian Garibaldi, was top notch and a pleasure to work. He was knowledgeable of the product and had a great sense of humor. Believe me, I tried to rattle him the whole time!
This was our first Subaru and I'm very excited to take ownership. If you're looking for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and check out Ciocca Subaru in Allentown.
I would have never called because I was afraid of being pressured. The texting was a great way to get info without feeling obligated. Nicole was quick to respond and answered all my questions. When I went to the dealership I worked with Jared who was also very helpful. I had an unusual circumstance when I purchased my Crosstrek, Jared and his manager worked with me to make my experience amazing. unfortunately I don't remember the managers name. I will definitely go back again.
