I have purchased a new Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton, Texas. First, the Ford Escape Titanium Hybrids are somewhat difficult to find: they often are sold before even arriving at the dealer lots !! Very very popular cars. I searched on Ford.com, and found exactly what I wanted. And even though it said "Just Arrived", the sales representative who I worked with (named Jared - I had purchased a Ford Edge from him about 8 years earlier !!) was very helpful and informed me that the car was being finished at the factory, and was to-be-shipped with arrival in early November. So we agreed on a deal, and I placed a $500 deposit on this car (with a specific VIN number). My car arrived a few days ago, and Jared and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford called me to inform me that it was locked up safely at the dealership and would soon be ready. I scheduled an appointment, and picked it up on Thursday, October 29 in an easy, simple, honest process. Sam Pack's Ford is a truly honest, high-quality dealership with very good people. This is my second car from their dealership (first was a Ford Edge, second is my newest Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid - what a GREAT car !!). I would recommend Jared and Sam Pack's Ford for their integrity, product knowledge, customer service (and excellent vehicle service department), and care about their customers. A real first class group of people !! More

I've been in the market for a specific F-250, and I had a very specific deal that I needed to make. I searched all over Texas, and found the truck at a few places. I was starting to feel like it wouldn't work out, but then I saw the listing for Five Star Ford and they had my truck. I called them up, and was lucky enough to get Jared Wingard on the phone. He listened to my needs, and said to let him get to work. He called me back in less than 2 hours and told me that we were really close, and when I asked him to meet me in the middle he said yes without hesitation. The next day we drove up from Austin, and he had everything ready INCLUDING having the truck parked right out front so we could see it when we pulled in. We were at the dealer less than 2 hours, and drove away with our truck. This is how the buying a car should be, when someone knows what they want and how they need it done. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I'd drive back to Carrollton to buy another car from Jared at Five Star Ford! More

Really really professional. Plus, the financing process is transparent and Sandy showed great respect to customer options. We felt zero pressure and walk away their store with a competitive offer and ideal car. It's really joyful to do business with these guys. Definitely recommend!
