Maybe I just went in on a very busy day. However, they took my car at the service desk, sent me into that waiting room, and didn't talk to me again. I was there two hours for an oil change. However, they took my car at the service desk, sent me into that waiting room, and didn't talk to me again. I was there two hours for an oil change. I did arrive 20 minutes early to my appointment. Then once I was there I was only sent a service report with the mechanic explaining what was wrong, after I was there two hours. Thank goodness the mechanic wrote out what was wrong or I would have had no idea. When I eventually spoke with the guy at the counter, he didn't go over it with me like many of the other service centers I've been at do. My CV joints are apparently leaking despite me having had those changed out two years ago at a different dealership but I guess since they were so busy nobody spoke to me about any of this. They just asked if I wanted to do the 800 dollar service and when I decline it took me out to my car not even mentioning that it could be a huge issue. Just let me walk out. He walked me to my car, kept pressing the button on the key fob, because he had no idea where they put it. when I said it didn't work, he asked if I changed the battery in the key fob, when I said it had never worked he just went "weird." and I had to find my car, again I guess because he was so busy he didn't even know what car to look for to take me to. I usually take it to a different Toyota dealership and maybe thats my issue but at the other one they at least have the decency to talk to me about what the mechanics said was wrong and treat me like I'm someone rather than just another person adding to their very busy schedule. Maybe this dealership is just giving their service counter more people then they can actually deal with because I've been to the other dealership on a Saturday and had more communication there when I walked in then I did at this one my entire experience. More

Transmission went out on my 2020 Highlander. Dealership wouldn't provide a vehicle while waiting for the warranty to decide if it would pay or during repair. It was a two week process.
