Terrible experience as a first time buyer. I started my online application and taught everything looked great untill I ran into a problem and had to go in person. Once I got to the dealership the salesman online application and taught everything looked great untill I ran into a problem and had to go in person. Once I got to the dealership the salesman person Paul Jones price gauge me with the story of “chip shortage” and then after going into the finance office got all this extra fees that were not explained! Neither the sales person and the other guy explained changes and extra fees in contract! What a shame, really taking advantage of first time buyers and just price gauging vehicles and not stating contract changed or explaining each fee! Dishonest people! And don’t get me started on the lady Dee? She did not even offer to help me and told me to wait on the lobby and then decided to leave the dealer! How rude and unprofessional! More

Purchasing my auto through Ron Carter Hundai was a very positive and pleasant experience, solely because of Jarred‘s professionalism. He was never pushy, but very delightful to deal with. He went the extra mile to get some paperwork that I was having issues getting. highly recommend him and Ron Carter in general. More
