Excelle Experience Jarrell was my salesman and he was phenomenal! I honesty told him from the start I had less than perfect credit and had been turned down elsewhere. He Jarrell was my salesman and he was phenomenal! I honesty told him from the start I had less than perfect credit and had been turned down elsewhere. He was very informative and insured me if anything was possible they would get it done for me. He wasn’t pushy at all and I felt very comfortable working with him. I had a model or vehicle type in mind and they informed me on how to make it work. I have my expectations and we met in the middle of the negotiation and I walked out of the dealership with a brand new car. I truly recommend this dealership! Great team. More

tami review I came into Phillips because I was having major issues with my vehicle and had a service appointment to see why my dash lights were and on. upon enter I came into Phillips because I was having major issues with my vehicle and had a service appointment to see why my dash lights were and on. upon entering I was greatly welcomed by Jarrell who asked How could he help. I told him I was here for service and he asked what my issues were then told me he could possibly help me get out of the car instead. He test drove me in a new Suv and was able to get me out of my old car and into a newer and safer one. Jarrell was very nice and courteous and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. More
