She commented you've been waiting long time for vehicle, let me check on it. She went in and came back out herself and retrieved vehicle and brought into departure bay. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name to formally thank her.
Courtesy car wash wasn't very good at all for additional wait time.
Jarrett Able, provided five (5) stars good service and responsiveness. I was an unplanned visitor in need of emergency turn-around service on the vehicle and didn't have time to schedule a planned service call. Appreciate getting me in and taking care of me anyway.
Still having problem with voice messages (I'm not getting them from him, e.g. when vehicle work was finished and ready to be picked up at the counter). Has happened numerous other visits, still a problem. Text messaging from James Wood site is working fine and able to send Jarrett text msgs via that platform, but not getting voice msgs via my phone. Number is not blocked and have checked multiples of times in past occurrences.
