Great service but awful salesman during tire change The service center was stellar but while doing my service someone tried to rip me off a car I already got ripped off on. I was asking for a fair deal, The service center was stellar but while doing my service someone tried to rip me off a car I already got ripped off on. I was asking for a fair deal, and coudlnt even get that spending three hours in there way past the time it took to get a tire change. More

I received my car serviced for the first time here. I normally go through carmax but because the warranty was transferable and they were booked, I called Toytoa. I spoke with a man named, Jarrett Elder w normally go through carmax but because the warranty was transferable and they were booked, I called Toytoa. I spoke with a man named, Jarrett Elder who made sure everything got done. He provided awesome customer service. He kept in contact and informed me of all updates. I love that my car shows automated message that it's maintenance time. Of course I love the free maintenance that came with my car. I called around 10:30 am Saturday and was able.to get a 3 pm appt. When I got there, Jarrett was great, he Rd.me the car would be ready in less than an hour, and it was. The waiting area is always clean, vending machines, bathroom, snacks. Excellent experience! More
