Aside that my vehicle/truck had some after market items with limited work to do, 5 hours is NOT the average wait time to check fluids or headlights to say the least. Brought my car in for its first service appointment. It only took less than an hour as long as I showed up at 6:30 AM. The dealership does a good job getting people in and out. I keep getting these review surveys with no feedback from the sender. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change & after asking several times my car had still not moved in 90 minutes. They knew I would be wa the sender. I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change & after asking several times my car had still not moved in 90 minutes. They knew I would be waiting for the car. After approx. 100+ minutes I left. After I was driving by the Toyota dealer on Federal 1 near 10th. I went in to see if they could do an oil change. Within 65 minutes I left with a complete oil change & complementary inspection. I have written this story several times with 0 response from you. Again very poor on your part. Please do not send another survey. Probably no one is reading the survey.. Thank you. Tony. Testa More

Two comments. One - For some reason the service is getting slower. It took more than 3 hours for basic maintenance.
