I have been coming here for at least 6 years. The service has become HORRIBLE. The wait is too long. Chris Leporte was very rude to me. Do not schedule so many appointments if you do not The service has become HORRIBLE. The wait is too long. Chris Leporte was very rude to me. Do not schedule so many appointments if you do not have the technicians to do the job. Service advisors are sitting around talking while their co worker is swamped with many customers in line. Offer to help out if you don't have a customer in that moment. The customer experience has long gone and it's now a nightmare frankly. This used to be the VERY BEST Toyota dealership in South Florida, now it's just like the rest. More

Jarrett shows that he cares about the Service Center customers. When we brought in our Sienna at the end of day because of some warning in the car he gave me his business card and asked me to come in th customers. When we brought in our Sienna at the end of day because of some warning in the car he gave me his business card and asked me to come in the next morning without having to make an appointment. The next morning he helped us get the van though service and it was resolved in only a few hours. More

Originally, my service advisor was supposed to be Chris Laporte. He is so rude and mean. While I was talking to him, I told him that Toyota gave me a $20 certificate towards the service. I also had a buy o Laporte. He is so rude and mean. While I was talking to him, I told him that Toyota gave me a $20 certificate towards the service. I also had a buy one get one free service which I paid for from the last visit. When I told him that I want to use the certificate, he told me that’s impossible. I asked him why. He told me that why did Toyota Hendrickson send me a certificate for $20 for? I asked him why not and he said they shouldn’t send me any certificate. I proceeded by asking him is it because I am black since he is white. He told me straight up to find another service guy to help me. I have never been so embarrassed in my life like that. Thank God for Jarrett Elder Sr. He stepped up and helped me with caring, dignity and respect. Jarrett was shocked to see Chris treated me like that. Jarrett went above an beyond to help me . I can’t believe racism was still exist at Toyota Hendrickson. To make matters worse, the was a white lady that came after me, Chris was helping her with kindness. That alone tells me how racist he is. Jarrett is a kind, caring and humble human being. Most of all, a very nice and knowledgeable service specialist. If it wasn’t for Jarrett, I would have walked away. More
