Took my two vehicles bought from this dealership for oil changes. Service manager saw my frustration about BoGo coupon and final cost. She only escalated, instead of resolving it. I was told the there is no changes. Service manager saw my frustration about BoGo coupon and final cost. She only escalated, instead of resolving it. I was told the there is no cashier and must pay the invoice via my phone. I indicated that I do not use my phone for banking/payments and that I will do it on my computer at home. If their was a 0 star that's what they would get. the service manager is full of xxxx. The service advisors do whatever they want to your car,when you asked for him he said he can't do nothing.
