Everyone is always extremely professional and pleasant. I simply came for my first motor and oil lube along with body work done on my back fender. However, that night my husband was looking for card in his wallet but could not find it. I truly thought it was in his other jacket BUT soon after I came back through store after going to service desk a gentleman named Jarrod came up to be asking about name on the card. obviously. he found the card in question just where we had stopped to look at a truck in showroom. It had fallen out of his cell phone wallet. It was so appreciated not to have to go through the hassle of calling everyone and then waiting. Plus quite frankly I needed the card to pay for repairs and was looking forward to dinner. Jim has been my salesman but it was his day off so I ended by talking to other people. Everyone very laid back but extremely accomodating and friendly. I love my Rogue. More
