I really really had a bad experience every time I go to

They did not know they had a tinted person on duty and they were sending me away. After being at the dealer for 1 hour they asked me to reschedule this appointment, but before I left, I asked to please, at least, get me a car wash since I was coming from Miami and I had already lost my day of work. It was trying to get me a car wash when they found out they did have a tinted person! Even more, they were only able to do the back windshield after I got there at 11:17 and out at 16:44. I really feel bad for Mr. Buzz Braman, writing this matter, because he was the only reason I bought my vehicle there and he was very kind in asking to go there and will give me the best deal; for which he Did! But I won’t buy any other vehicle there again after this bad, if not terrible, experiences I have had. I hope someone forward this article or let him know what’s going on here at the dealer.

My appointment date was, as I mentioned before, December 29th, 2023 at 11:00 for the Service Department and was to have my tinted windows replaced due to damage over the years since they were installed when I purchased my vehicle there, at the WPB Dealer.
