He had all the answers to all of my weird questions and knew EVERYTHING about my new top of the line Sorento! David and Max made sure I knew all of my options with down payments, financing, leasing, interest, and everything in between. They were very thorough with all of my options and made sure I was fully understanding everything stated. I never once felt pressure to leave with a car right then and there, but once I drove all the cars, and knew all the things about the cars, I couldn't pass it up. Forget the great customer service, YOU NEED A NEW KIA SORENTO X LINE. Once I committed to my dream car Maricella in Finance had me in and out in what I feel like, was record time. They also give you a flash drive with all of your car records on it instead of printing out a million papers that you'll shove in a drawer at home, and that was so amazing to me. I am taking a moment to let everyone at Mark Kia, Kia Corporate and whoever else is interested, how impressed and thankful I am for their commitment to excellence. I’m 52 years old, have worked at many jobs over my years, a jack of all trades, and master of none of them so to speak. I have sold cars for a short period of time and have been a valet at a dealership so I do know and understand the ins/outs of a dealership and the car industry. I say this to tell those reading this that in ALL my years and all my dealings with products, service, and sales I have NEVER been more impressed and or satisfied with a purchase. The people, the product, and the service have all been EXCEPTIONAL. Exceeding any expectation that one could have about a dealership and business for that matter. Your people are amazing, kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and proud to represent Mark Kia. It’s beautiful looks, combined with the 100,000 miles and 10-year warranty has proven to be an awesome feature.
