I made an appointment at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk for a recall on my vehicle. From the moment I arrived at the service port, I was welcomed by friendly and professional staff. I waited for the repair for a recall on my vehicle. From the moment I arrived at the service port, I was welcomed by friendly and professional staff. I waited for the repairs to be done, which was approximately an hour and a half. During that time, I saw how the staff treated the customers with excellent care. They supplied coffee, snacks, and fresh fruit for the people who were waiting for the service to be done on their vehicles. I was impressed with the service they provided, and received a complementary car wash and vacuum of my vehicle. This was an unexpected surprise which I greatly appreciated . The beginning to the end of the entire process I left feeling like part of the Honda family. Thank you all for your kind and professional service! More
