It is a shame that a 93k dollar vehicle has hidden fees and they are willing to tank a deal over 3900 dollars worth of pure greed. They label it as "Trade-In Assistance" and "Finance Assistance", but you d and they are willing to tank a deal over 3900 dollars worth of pure greed. They label it as "Trade-In Assistance" and "Finance Assistance", but you dont get this "assistance", you only get penalized if you dont trade in , and if you don't finance. Incredible. During the 2+ year wait time I was told many times by reps from your dealership that my Bronco was price protected from 2021. When it was time to buy, I learned I was not locked into my 2021 MSRP as pre reps from your dealership that my Bronco was price protected from 2021. When it was time to buy, I learned I was not locked into my 2021 MSRP as previously told many times and even have a sign preview order. Of course, the dealer pushed it on Ford Motor and Ford Motor pushed on the dealer. The dealership is ultimately responsible for setting the price based on what they told the customer (ME) and they did not honor that. I will not be buying from here again and will make sure I share my story. More
