I have purchased online, at mega dealerships, and at a small local dealerships. My experiences have varied from trying to catch up with my wife as she stomped out of a dealership to wishing I had never stepped onto the lot to feeling like I was the only customer in the world. Bernie and the management at Rock River Ford treated me as well or better than I have ever been treated when working a car purchase. The price was fair, the negotiations were honest and straight forward, and the effort to make sure I was "taken care of" off the charts. I would recommend these guys, and Bernie my salesman in particular, to anyone. They made me feel as good about my purchase as I have ever felt. Love the car and truly impressed with this dealership! Since I started dealing with and buying my vehicles back in 03-04 from Bernie Krow, he has Always offered the top level customer experience and care! He takes the time o matter what to follow up and also to make the special happy birthday calls every year even when he doesn't sell me anything... over the years I have had my father come and by from Rock River Ford of course he was to work with Bernie!. since then my dad has bought 4 trucks from Bernie and the latest transaction was the most effort I have seen put in b a salesman whom which only has so much say and power to control a manufacture Ford order unit (a 2017 F250 Lariat), which took extra extra long to build and ship. Bernie took the time to stay in touch almost daily with my father and to make sure he was taken care of and knew the dealership cared... This is the Difference you will receive when you go Bernie and Rock River Ford!!! DO IT... More
