We just purchased two new vehicles and traded ours in. They looked until they found us the perfect vehicles that we wanted within the price range we wanted as well. We also got exactly what we wanted for our trade ins. I know what I want when I go in and dont settle for anything different. Theyre very understanding and work until the job is done and were more than satisfied. Nobody is pressuring or overbearing. We would never go to another dealership. why there the best I went there because I get the best deals. They always make sure you are satisfied. Also on used vehicles make sure you get a warranty so in case some I went there because I get the best deals. They always make sure you are satisfied. A fun Friday morning This is the second time Bernie has worked with us buying a car. My wife bought an Escape from Bernie in Sept. of 2015. Very nice experience. I called him on 3/3/16 and asked if we could see him the next day. I told him what I was looking for, the colors I wanted, what the trade in was. He said "Sure, come on in at 11am." He had the Escape in the color I wanted all ready for us to take a test drive. We took a drive, he answered any questions we had. It was an easy choice on my part. Drove the new Escape home around 3pm. Jason was very nice and efficient with all the paperwork that had to be done. I would have NO problem telling friends to go to Bernie. More

They were able to give me a ballpark payment figure without the typical 2 hours of sitting in the salesman's office and him running back and forth to his manager. Took only 10 minutes to get a monthly payment figure, even though I was trading in a lease. More
