Finalized the cash payment on Tuesday, everything went through, But still don't have the Registration for the vehicle. Can't renew my vehicle because my tag isn't registered under the new vehicle. Went to through, But still don't have the Registration for the vehicle. Can't renew my vehicle because my tag isn't registered under the new vehicle. Went to the tag agency but they can't do anything because it's not listed under the vehicle. They tell me Kia supposed to give it to me. Go to Kia, they say it should be 5-7 days when it should process. The last I made a cash payment I got it right then and there. More

Great customer service. We had a good offer at another dealership, but we decided to stay with Kia due to the outstanding service from Jason Castro.
