I highly recommend Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville, IN. What made my experience OUTSTANDING was the professionalism of the staff especially Michael Ball, Sales Consultant. From the time he took my initial phone call to handing over the keys to my new car, he put me at ease. He is very knowledgable and sincere and loves what he does! I had a small concern after purchasing my car and Michael got Jason, Used car Sales Manager, involved; and just like that my concern was highly prioritized and resolved! This is my second car purchased from this dealership and they never cease to wow and amaze! I hope to have my new 2021 Avalon Hybrid for some time, but when I'm ready for a new purchase again, it will be from Ed Martin Toyota. I just hope that Michael Ball will still be there as my Sales Consultant! More

Monday was a rough day after dropping off my fiancé at work my car started shaking really bad in the interstate I was worried I was going to get into an accident. After wasting 3 hours waiting for a diagn work my car started shaking really bad in the interstate I was worried I was going to get into an accident. After wasting 3 hours waiting for a diagnosis at a mechanic I ended up heading over to Ed Martin Toyota where I was assisted by Mohamed! Let me tell you he was patient, optimistic, and made me feel like I had options; more than spending a lot of money to only temporarily fix my car. I never thought I would be leaving the lot in a new car, but Mohamed made it easy! We went over all my options and not only did I drive off the lot in a new car but I was incredibly happy! It was a great experience and they made sure I was taken care of and left with an incredible protection plan! I love my new car, Ed Martin has Made a lifetime customer! I will send anyone to Mohamed he’s incredible at his job! Thank you Ed Martin Toyota and Mohamed as well as Sam smith and Xavier! More
