Always superb service at Infiniti of Norwood I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m happy to wait for my car there. Whether it was my 2 pre-owned sedans or my newest car, I can trust Infiniti of Norwood for care. I’ve enjoyed working with salesman Jason Cultera and especially fond of the incredible service of Fernando Diaz, making my experience memorable. More

Nothing but lies and false promises I bought a used car. During test drive I asked the dealer for to things to be fixed in order for me to buy car. I brought the car home and both weren' I bought a used car. During test drive I asked the dealer for to things to be fixed in order for me to buy car. I brought the car home and both weren't fixed. On top of that my e brake didn't work as well as a tail light out but yet they put a sticker on my car with the report saying it passed on both those areas. I was told they couldn't fix the e brake so they sent me to another dealer and they worked pay for it. When I told the dealer the price he told me the dealership was trying to rip them off. So I decided to let him know both things he promised to fix for me weren't fixed either and he still replied they were trying to stick it to him. I was the only one that was being ripped off. Finally the e brake was paid for but not until I had to call someone else because I couldn't deal with unprofessional responses from my dealer with my concerns. I've never commented or rated anything in my life until this moment because I wouldn't want someone to go through this as well. I had to pay 400 to get one problem fixed that I was told was already fixed and it will be another 500 or more to fix the other problem that I was told was looked at as well. I hate having to complain about things, but this was so ridiculous on a level that I never thought I would find at such a big dealership. How many people were involved with letting a car leave the lot when it's required by law to be inspected, I don't know. And how this car got a sticker is beyond suspicious. Even though the e brake was paid for Id at least hope to be reimbursed the cost for the one thing I already fixed and the other issue I still need to get fixed since i have to get it repaired else where out of fear of more empty promises and lies. Based on my experience so far that's probably beyond wishful thinking. More

Very friendly, professional and good response for completion Jay is a top if the line salesman, out of all of the many dealers I delt with, including Toyota and Honda, me and my daughter felt verycomfortable wi Jay is a top if the line salesman, out of all of the many dealers I delt with, including Toyota and Honda, me and my daughter felt verycomfortable with Jay. The orhers were slicksters who wasn’t getting my money. My next step was the Mercedes dealer, but thanks to Jay, I never made it there. Also all of the service emplyees who I’ve delt with were excellent and didn’t make me feel stupid although at times I was coming there for stupid reasons (not knowing how to work all the extras). Also, I don’t want to leave out the service manager, Nigel Disilva, he was very pleasant and accommodating. and made it a point that we met. More
