Poor Service Came in today for a simple oil change at 9:30am and left your dealership around 4:15pm. We were told that we also needed a new tire, alignment, filter Came in today for a simple oil change at 9:30am and left your dealership around 4:15pm. We were told that we also needed a new tire, alignment, filter, etc.. $430 in total. We said ok, then they broke our camera light and acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us to replace it. Jessica our service advisor dropped the ball and then we couldn't find her. No one offered a ride home or a loaner car for the day. Every time we asked for an update, we were told it would be ready shortly. Jason Dowdy, GM offered us a free oil change for our next visit.... really? We have been loyal customers for 3 1/2 years! We are very disappointed and won’t be back. More

I just purchased my SUV from Jim Ellis and it was undoubtedly the easiest, most efficien Just wanted to leave a few comments for you future shoppers. I just purchased my SUV from Jim Ellis and it was undoubtedly the easiest, most efficient experience I have had buying a vehicle. I came in with what I had in mind. Craig, my cars salesman, was friendly and listened very well. When I requested a test drive, that's immediately what we did. No "let me tell you about this car, or I could see you in this too" mumbo jumbo. He was nice enough to drive it off the lot for me and took it to a nice quiet neighborhood to drive. While test driving, Craig was very informative, sharing info about the car mechanics and all the bells and whistles it entailed. Once I was ready to purchase the car, the whole process took around an hour. First, we evaluated the state of the car-went through it inside/out,. Pricing was negotiated to a GREAT price!-double checked on cargurus and Kelley Bluebook. There was no trying to stretch what I could afford or not afford "sales talk" when defining the price and terms of the vehicle and lease. Again, straight to the point. What was also nice, Craig and Jason (general Manager) walked me through all the paperwork step by step, where all my questions were answered and everything was defined during the signing process. Lastly, Jasmine in Finance/Insurance finalized all the last documents and down payments in minutes. I've never seen someone so efficient, well-organized, and social at the same time. What was extra special, is that her care didn't end at the dealership. She also made me a cheat sheet To do List for when I left to keep me on track. Once the process was finished, I was so shocked it took such little time. Here are your keys, have fun! Craig and Rebecca were very kind and followed up a couple days later to see how I liked the car and see where I was in the process of my paper work! I will definitely be buying all my future cars from Jim Ellis! More

Sean took me in as a walk in and got me taken care of quickl I purchased a new Yukon Denali that one of my key remotes was inoperative. Cheating on the sell and no post-sale service I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the sales manager noticed that and promised me to sent another key to me over-night and tried to get one from Toyota dealer and send it to me. However, I did not receive the car-key over a week and I called and left the message. I also email my request but nobody ever replied. Since I post a negative review on line, the sails manager Sam called me and "demand me to remove the negative review". The reason was that I did not call his cell phone directly. It was his promise and if anything happened, he should contact me and do the explanations. He did not and blame and threaten me, the customer instead. On the site after we paid cash, we tried to drive and found a flat tire. The sails person pumped some air and we drove home. Next time we drove the car and found the warning light was on and we went to Toyota of Greenville, after checking, the mechanic told us one tire has nail in it and another tire had problem too. He suggested us to replace 4 new tires. We did. Before selling used cars, dealers should have checked the car and replaced the flat tires. But this dealer did not and even did not tell us about the problem. The sails person told us time and again that the owner only cares about the safety of customers. What if we had flat tire on the highway back home, we might be injured or even die. More
