With regards to time and quality they may be the poorest choice in town. Truck was in there 3 months. Got it back once with parts not even hand tight installed. Sent it back to have engine replaced after th choice in town. Truck was in there 3 months. Got it back once with parts not even hand tight installed. Sent it back to have engine replaced after they test drove it and returned to me. The second time I had no passenger headlight or turn signal thankfully the supervisor corrected that for me. What infuriated me the most about this whole ordeal is no one would talk to me about my vehicle except the one specifically over my vehicle. No one else would even try and say call tomorrow. More

Sucks!! Took them a week to get 2 recalls on my vehicle done and to diagnose a problem I was having. Failed to communicate with me that if I wasn't going to fix my car there if warranty didn't cover the pr done and to diagnose a problem I was having. Failed to communicate with me that if I wasn't going to fix my car there if warranty didn't cover the problem that it would be 200 plus dollars! Didn't tell me until I went to pick up my vehicle. Called multiple times without answer checking on the status. Had to call the sales department to go check on my vehicle. When I finally got my vehicle (after closing time) becausei was trying to talk to the manager about not being informed about the fee. He didn't care! He just wanted to close for the day and said we had to pay or couldn't get our vehicle keys. When I got my vehicle the technician didn't even put my vehicle back together to how it was. But of course they were closed and couldn't get anyone's attention. Tried calling that week and no answer! I didn't go up there because I had to leave town on an emergency (in my other vehicle). I won't be returning! More
