Took almost exactly 2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. I was told I was the first one in line at 7:30am and that it shouldn’t take too long. 2 hours in my opinion is a little ridiculous for an inspection. I was never introduced to anyone in the service department therefore I marked everyone in service with 5 stars. Kinda unfair to give 1 star to someone that had nothing to do with my service!? However, you dot have the option to leave that question blank???!!! More
