My truck has been there for 14 days straight for the (5) Recalls, and Warranty work and they still haven't looked at it, the Service Manager said it would be looked at and flat out Lied. I checked twice and Recalls, and Warranty work and they still haven't looked at it, the Service Manager said it would be looked at and flat out Lied. I checked twice and was told by the Sevice Writer that my truck hasn't even been looked at and nothing documented. Their more interested in service work than the recalls and warranty work which is paid by a third party and also pushed further back on the list for repairs cause dealerships can only order 7 parts per month; which go to fleet vehicles first. and customer safety last knowing these recalls can cause fires. You can't order parts before inspecting the vehicle first (Their Policy) but not show and comments or documentation showing service inspection was done where the service writer has no knowledge it was even done. I went to pickup my truck cause I'm tired of waiting for them to even look at it and they bring out the wrong truck thinking it was mine. This is the second attempt at service work there with my Jeep Rubicon which took over a month, and they knowingly tried to return that vehicle back to my wife; knowing it wasn't shifting into gear and wasnt like that before. They piched the shift cable and said it was like that. Don't believe when they try to give you a BS time-frame even for troubleshooting the issues much less repairs. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere even when purchasing a vehicle, and I can guarantee to never shop or do business here ever again and will continue to give the reviews they rightfully deserve as the Worst Dealership in West Texas. I Seriously urge you to go somewhere else, even to Lubbock, Andrews, anywhere besides this place. As I was told I'm not the only one that has a truck here and needs service. More

The service department and the mechanics were awesome.
