First time in service department for my first service on my brand new car, service department was nice and new, quick service but once I got home noticed some scratches on sides of hood and front part that my brand new car, service department was nice and new, quick service but once I got home noticed some scratches on sides of hood and front part that wasn’t there when I took it in! So called back to service and spoke to manager drove back 30 plus miles and he said he couldn’t take responsibility that it wasn’t done there, he said if it was done there it would have been more damage to the car! If you take your car in someone it should come out the same way if not better then when it went in! Mind you they were by the hood working! He did not even try to attempt to get someone to try to wipe it to see if compound would take it off!! Not a very good first impression service management! Didn’t even attempt to resolve issue! Is this what the future with this service department will be I’ll take my Highlander else where for service! I liked the family environment of the dealership from the sales and I was thinking service would be the same but this isn’t how you treat family point blank! More

He was a very polite and helpful young man with an extremely positive attitude. He seems to really enjoy working with people and makes the experience a positive one. thanks a lot to Nicole Willis help to my Venza. great job. my 2009 Corolla's painting issue was still hanging for about 3 months. I am not happy about that. hope to get solved doon... Excellent Service again ! Keeping Betsy running well ! Betsy is the name I affectionately call my 2005 Tacoma. I love this car ! Took her in for service this week and found that there was a brake pedal Betsy is the name I affectionately call my 2005 Tacoma. I love this car ! Took her in for service this week and found that there was a brake pedal assembly problem. Once again the service folks (this time Bill (service advisor) and Jason (service manager) worked with me. Jason and Bill know Betsy well since I talk about her all the time when I'm in for service for my wife or son's Toyota vehicles. They know how much this truck means to me and they treat her and I with respect. Jason came right over to the truck when it pulled in and took her personally to the technician to work on her. This is the kind of personal service I'm talking about, and I really like. When Bill was filling out the paperwork for me, he explained that they had to order the part and it would be a few days. He had a loaner car ready for me before I asked, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail for this service visit. I must say that excellent service like this goes a long way in keeping customers coming back to Glen Toyota. Not only for service, but for when I need to buy another cat, which probably will be this summer for me. Thank to Glen Toyota Service for everything. Keep up the great work ! More

Attitude and very discriminating I had very bad service. I had two Toyota’s. I asked him if they had a coupon online for changing oil. I spoke with Jason Forkins. He gave me a rude attitude and he said that he had the price in New Jersey. I was trying to leave, but he kept cursing at me and bugging me. He kept telling to shut my mouth and when I asked him for his name he give me the card and told me, do you know how to spell my name, which makes me think that he was discriminating me. Is that way your workers treat customers when they ask a simple question. I will never think of going back there. More

Because my Mom recently had become disabled, I had to get after market running boards where Toyota does not make them for my car. I called and spoke to the service manager “Jason” and explain my situation and went to the Fairlawn service center to get it done where the upper NJ service center said that my running boards were too low and that their lifts couldn’t get under to lift up my mini van.....Something is wrong here where one can do and one can’t...I don’t want to say more but I will probably not go back to the upper NJ area to purchase my next vehicle... More
