When picking up vehicle, I stood waiting in the service writer area with no one asking if I needed any help. I had to initiate a conversation by telling him I was here to pick up a vehicle. Once notified I writer area with no one asking if I needed any help. I had to initiate a conversation by telling him I was here to pick up a vehicle. Once notified I was here to pick up a vehicle he took care of me promptly. No problems with servicing of vehicle and concerns were addressed. Kept informed of the progress of repairs. I will bring my vehicle back for repair in the future. More

The service center was able to fix a problem that I had under warranty that another dealer wasn’t able to. Another dealer said it would take me 2 weeks to get in and then the part was on back order with no under warranty that another dealer wasn’t able to. Another dealer said it would take me 2 weeks to get in and then the part was on back order with no date. Palmen got my truck in next day and the part ordered a day after that. They updated me every step and I couldn’t say enough good things about them! More
