I purchased my Cadillac at Palmen Buick in 2019 and have been going to the service department since then for oil changes etc. I have had many different service agents assist me over the years and all of th been going to the service department since then for oil changes etc. I have had many different service agents assist me over the years and all of them have done a great job. Randy was my service agent this last time and was courteous, informative and listened to my concerns. My car was also cleaned when I got it back, which I always appreciate. thanks. Karen More

Kept my car all day long because a mechanic got too busy. Then kept my car overnight . Picked it up the next day the work was cancelled because the old power harness was in the old car for a dash cam I want Then kept my car overnight . Picked it up the next day the work was cancelled because the old power harness was in the old car for a dash cam I wanted to be installed in my new car. I didn’t think this would be a problem. But apparently it became impossible to resolve. It was totally my fault! But There was no effort to find a new power supply harness in town nor was the parts department called to help to possibly order it for me. Jason seemed more interested in finding out who was responsible for leaving the power supply harness in the old car! I didn’t think that was important and told him that didn’t really help me! I sold the old car and it was long gone! So I left in the middle of his long winded explanation and with a piece of paper that “might” be the right power supply. I ordered the right power supply on Amazon and will install the DashCam myself. I just thought it would be easier and more convenient to have Palmens do it. But I was wrong. I won’t be going back to Palmens. And if I did I would prefer someone besides Jason helpin me! More
