Great Service! I have bought several cars from Colonial VW of Medford over a number of years. I have never worked with any dealership that has so consistently exceeded expectations for great service, good purchase experience and just basic integrity. The Colonial staff, whether in sales, service, parts or the business office, are all professional, straightforward and anxious to make the car buying and service experience a positive one. I have referred friends and family here and am always confident that they will be treated with integrity, transparency, and professionalism as well as with personal care. These folks are just a great group of people in all areas of the store. I can recommend Colonial VW with absolutely no reservations. More

Great first time new car buying experience! As a first time new car buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, honesty, integrity, and cordiality of all staff involved. My experience w As a first time new car buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, honesty, integrity, and cordiality of all staff involved. My experience went very smoothly, and my initial visit including test drive of a Golf GTI and signing an initial offer was less than 1 hour. Greg Donato was very patient and enthusiastic, especially 2 days later when I came back to test drive a regular Golf model for comparison, and helped me compare offers between the 2 models, and even revise the initial offer for additional savings to help me make my final decision and pick the car that was the best fit for me (I love my GTI!). The finance department was also very efficient and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I could tell everyone had my best interest in mind and were not playing games or having unnecessary negotiation, and worked to use all options to approach my budget. I really appreciated their price transparency of what they list online actually reflecting their offers. Thanks to all who helped me out, from Jason Giacoppo from the internet department as an initial contact, to Greg Donato in sales, to the finance person and even the cashier who handled my deposit (sorry I don't remember their names!) - all were very friendly and I could tell had my best interests in mind. I hope to not have the hang out there frequently for service issues, but based on my experience thus far, I don't think I would mind the people nor the environment and amenities. More

Upon arriving to the dealership I was greeted by a sales manager and the rest of the process went quick and smooth. Great all-around customer service When I'm planning to buy/lease a particular car I'm thorough and start scoping the market well in advance. In other words I do my homework. In 6 months of communicating with many dealerships about the Volkswagen Atlas, it took me 20mn over the phone to conclude that I want to do business with Colonial Volkswagen. Want to know why? The focus was to actually answer my questions first and not convince me to come down to the dealership. I was provided a true all-around customer service from the internet sales services over the phone with Dan Goodman (he must have answered a million of my questions including lease return options for my currently leased 2015 Audi A3), to David DiBlasi when I drove down to Colonial as he provided a detailed walk-through of all the features/options of the car and answered all my questions, to finally Jason Giacoppo with whom I was able to reach an agreement at a very competitive price. Keep up the good team work Colonial! More

Highly recommend My experience of purchasing a Golf Alltrack at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford last weekend was completely positive throughout the entire process. My experience of purchasing a Golf Alltrack at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford last weekend was completely positive throughout the entire process. My time was limited, so I initially decided to send an email to several dealerships with my inquiries about my wishlist. In hindsight, that probably wasn’t the best idea as I was flooded with promotional and borderline-harassing emails trying to get me to visit the dealerships and ignoring my requests for specific information. I made an appointment to visit the dealership closest to my home. The salesperson never showed up (although she confirmed 15 minutes prior). I eventually met with another salesperson and then with a manager, expressing strong interest in buying a car. The manager didn’t follow up as he said he would and never responded to my last email. I then spoke with Jason Giacoppo from Colonial Volkswagen of Medford who had the distinction of being the only person to send me a single email that answered my specific questions with helpful information. I explained my time restraints, and he described how all of the steps in buying a car could be broken up in a manner that would not require me to spend an entire afternoon at the dealership. (His eventual proposal of the pricing for my trade-in and new car was completely fair. However, he was open to adjusting the price due to a miscommunication. The miscommunication only existed because Jason was trying to accommodate my request to speed through the process. I am appreciative that he did not argue that matter as I believe most people would. Jason’s ability to be trusted exceeded my expectations.) I met with David Jarvis and test drove a Golf Alltrack S model. In response to my comment that this car drives differently than my 2002 GTI, David shared a wealth of knowledge about the history of Volkswagen’s transmissions from his years of experience with (and love for) the brand, both personally and professionally. He even took me for a drive to demonstrate how I can shift gears myself using Tiptronic mode after I expressed concern over potentially regretting not buying a car with a manual transmission. David was very thoughtful of my time restraints and requested my preferences in prioritizing key features to be reviewed. David possessed all of the qualities I value in a salesperson. He was personable, informative, considerate, and a good listener; at no point did he try to pressure me into purchasing a car. He demonstrated that he sincerely cared about my happiness with the purchase through the quality of his follow-up communication after the sale was already complete. My experience in receiving thoughtful, informative, and no-pressure service continued when I met with Stephanie to arrange financing. She presented me with many options in order to find the best deal that worked for my needs. I worried that my missing title would be a huge complication in the process, but Stephanie seamlessly acquired a duplicate title in a timely manner, requiring little effort on my part. Without hesitation, I would recommended starting your car search at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford (even if it’s not the closest Volkswagen dealership to your home) :-) More

Amazing sales team! I am extremely impressed with the staff and sales team at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford. They quickly understood what I was interested in, formulated an impressive lease deal and found a car within 24 hours. They were very helpful in completing paperwork, doing much of it after hours. I worked with Caduste and Jason, who were both wonderful. Jason worked on formulating an offer after hours and on his day off. Caduste was so helpful at the dealership, getting the whole team on board. I am excited to be able to service with this team in the future and feel fortunate enough to have worked with a great sales team. I highly recommend Caduste and Jason, they went above and beyond! More
