When I sent out information to 3 different VW dealers in the Boston area, Jason was the first to respond. He immediately found the car I had requested, a 2011 Golf 4 door. Through out the entire process, I was impressed with his very positive and enthusiastic attitude. He made me feel that I could rely on him to get me the best price and the extras I wanted. He was friendly, sincere, professional and clearly dedicated to doing his best to make sure that I got everything I needed. He explained every step of the process, and made me feel comfortable and confident. I was also very impressed by Anna, who went through the numbers with me, and also made sure that I understood what was involved every step of the way. The people I met at Colonial were friendly and welcoming. I never felt for a moment that I was a mere customer. but that I had made some new friends. My past experience with car dealers has made me a bit wary, but I feel that I can trust these fine folks to continue to treat me in both a professional as well as personal manner, as I return to them for maintenance and service. I emailed back and forth with Jason for a few weeks prior to coming in and I was really impressed with how quickly he responded, his honesty and how willing he was to talk me through the whole process. When I got to the dealership Bill was very welcoming and walked me through the whole process, making sure I understood everything. He worked with me to get a good deal and he thoroughly described the financing so I could make an educated decision. Anna was also fantastic as she explained the whole financing process and my options- I really appreciate all the time and energy she put into helping me understand my options!! When I first told my parents I wanted to buy a new car my dad told me to choose a dealership that felt right in my gut- this dealership stuck out from the first day I emailed and I am thrilled with my choice.
