While they were selling the vehicle to me there was good communication. However once I paid 5k down payment onsite and wired another 5K the next morning, it was another day and a half before they would rele communication. However once I paid 5k down payment onsite and wired another 5K the next morning, it was another day and a half before they would release the vehicle to me. They said they had to have the funds cleared before they could release the car to be delivered to my home. That means unless you walk in with your down payment in cash you can not take the vehicle that day…. I know that is not how business is done in the car business , people write checks and take vehicles all the time and they have no idea if the funds are there. I actually wired the money, which you can’t do unless you have the funds, and provided the confirmation number to them through email. So I was not overly happen with entire car buying experience.
