Very unhappy I had my car serviced and they missed the windshield wipers falling off but marked on the mulitpoint inspection paper they were okay. Makes me wonder if they really did do an oil change and if they checked eveything else that they claim they do on this paper. To miss something so blatantly wrong really questions the laziness of the mechanic. I won't disclose his name to be nice. More
