Customer Service Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The process was pretty fast and there were no hidden fees, everything was clear and easy to understand. In and out I went in for my routine oil change and was promptly greeted at the service desk by name and give a quoted time of one hour. What a nice time I had buying my 2019 Kia Soul I had already made my mind up , as to what I wanted for my trade on a new car & they did not disappoint me. This was the 5th and best closing I have e I had already made my mind up , as to what I wanted for my trade on a new car & they did not disappoint me. This was the 5th and best closing I have ever had there , thanks to my wonderful sales man Jayson Gold, manager Brent and the very bright finance manager Sam.. Still have to get a hold of Jayson to show me all the bells & whistles on my Kia ., I have to say it was the tops .& treated wonderful by all in a very short time .Thanks guys Marilyn J. The visit was good The overall visit was good. However the 2 plus hours waiting was not good. The environment and the waiting area was nice. My biggest complaint had to The overall visit was good. However the 2 plus hours waiting was not good. The environment and the waiting area was nice. My biggest complaint had to deal with a safety issue. My cat was released to me without the lug nuts on the wheel being installed. It could have resulted in a very bad accident. I spoke to Bo about the issue. I also had to purchase new hardware for the pieces that were not installed. I felt for the safety issue I would have been reimbursed immediately as well as maybe the tire repair being refunded. Still have yet to see how this plays out since it was left for when I return. For my next oil change. More

Hey simple oil change It takes way too long to get a simple oil change. I waited for two hours for a simple oil change. You should have an oil change bay like another dealership that I used to go to in Texas where it only took a few minutes for an oil change even without an appointment More
