"Excellent experience buying my dream car "
From begining to end of purchasing my new car my experience was wonderful. Starting with Chanel who was the internet advisor. She returned all my calls in a timely manner without being annoying. She was instrumental in getting me the best price for my Corvette. From here I dealt with Jason who did all the rest. He went above and beyond with the delivery and explaining to me all the gadgets in my new car.. he even showed me how to use my phone. Last but not least Michael the manager who did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. Great experience at Chevrolet of Englewood
"came in to purchase with an appointment and was ignored"
I met Jason yesterday. I initially walked in without an appointment having researched the vehicle on their lot that I wanted to purchase... not shop around for, not go elsewhere for... but to PURCHASE. Jason was very friendly as no one was in the store at 9am. I got to look over the vehicle I saw online and he answered questions. To streamline the process, I filled out a credit application and I made an appointment for the next day so I could have someone else who knows cars look it over and give the green light. I confirmed the later that evening appointment via phone with Jason who remained agreeable. I walk in the next day and the showroom was vacant. We waited 10 minutes, then called the store. I was told he was out with a customer and they did now know when he would be back. I added I was there for a scheduled appointment and advised I could come across the street for help.
I did, and was told by the receptionist that Jason was arriving from a test drive and she pointed to the car. I waited until he approached the store and he said to me that he was sorry but he had an unexpected walk in that he wanted to finish with to "close this deal and my 1130 is here to so I have to handle that next."
I am sorry, I was scheduled at 11, for a purchase, but you're moving on to your next appointment? I asked for other assistance and while he was very polite in his excuses, he advised no one else is available.
As I walked back over to the other show room, Mike,.. a former mechanic and current employee asked if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. Needless to say it confirmed I wanted this car and that he is the only reason the rating is 2 stars.
I have yet to hear from Jason or a Manager at this point.

We felt extremely pleased with our lease agreement. No one tried to up sell us. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We left the dealership with the feeling that we received a fair deal for everyone.
