Thanks to the service department I was able to fix all of my open recalls and have my car serviced under my extended warranty for no charge. They took great care of me and even helped me out with a ride to t my open recalls and have my car serviced under my extended warranty for no charge. Out of Cooling Gas again I made my appointment on line with Kyle, the service adviser I dealt with the previous year. When I arrived, I was told the adviser no longer worked t I made my appointment on line with Kyle, the service adviser I dealt with the previous year. When I arrived, I was told the adviser no longer worked there, but he, Jason, would help me. My appointment was for 11am, and it was to determine why the air conditioner was not working, again. At 12:30, Jason let me know the diagnostic machine for air conditioning systems was BROKEN, but they were repairing it. I left at 2:15 with an appointment to return the following Tuesday to have two O-Rings replaced for $400. More

This was the worst service experience I have experienced. No time was communicated for length of service for an oil change and routine inspection. No amenities were offered or made aware of. I twice asked for an update and got varying degrees of an answer - the first was it’s backed up in a queue - fair. The second was we don’t know and the third was we just need to wash your car now. After completion of service there was nothing communicated to me regarding how the inspection went, no details on any aspect and was given my keys and sent on my way. A poor experience from start to finish. Lack of communication across the board. Has to be better next time. I arrived at 12.55 for a 1pm appointment and didn’t leave until 4pm. Not good enough. More

I set a oil change appt, 3 weeks earlier. I discuss check my brakes with Jason. He then sold me a 169$ brake fluid change without letting me know the costs. Always a good experience at Lithia VW Routine maintenance shouldn't have to hurt, and a thoughtful, pleasant experience is what the Service Dept. at Lithia strives for every time. Delays a Routine maintenance shouldn't have to hurt, and a thoughtful, pleasant experience is what the Service Dept. at Lithia strives for every time. Delays at the body shop and detailing oversights were handled promptly and to my satisfaction, my thanks to Jason for going above and beyond and staying in communication throughout. I liked the loaner Atlas, maybe a little too much, so driving it an extra day was no burden! My Tiguan runs and (almost) looks like the day I bought it, thank you! More
