We had a total loss of both vehicles due to back to back hurricanes. I contacted Jason Hoffman who was very understanding about the situation and was kind and courteous and applied no pressure to make a sa hurricanes. We did and worked with him to choose a vehicle and complete as much of the paperwork as we could before our appointment. Offered a deposit and he said no, we’ll hold it for you, gas it up and detail it for you. We arrived at the dealership, everyone was pleasant and greeted us. We test drove the vehicle and were very pleased. Then we met with Dan Foster, the finance guru to complete our lease agreement. He carefully reviewed all of our options, made recommendations and let us decide. Again no pressure. Jason then set us up with an overview of the car, we are not very tech savvy. Very concise. We have purchased or leased over 20 vehicles and I can say, without a doubt, this is a top notch dealership and we would definitely work with them again and we highly recommend them.
