Great job with the actual repair/maintenance but your car rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent an rental/shuttle service was very poor. My car was there for 6 hours and I had to set up all my rides because I was told you only had 2 cars to rent and they were gone and there was only one shuttle driver. This is unacceptable for a dealership as large as yours. More
