I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Had a recall on my Jeep Liberty I came in for my appointment at 8:30. Jason said they had the appointment for 10:30 but he would get it over to service right then! All parts weren’t there for recall I was told they had to order all recall parts so my appointment had to wait a week. I dropped the truck off and returned 4 hours later saying they hav I was told they had to order all recall parts so my appointment had to wait a week. I dropped the truck off and returned 4 hours later saying they have to order one of the recall parts. Just this morning I noticed my odometer button was broken (not sure how). I’m out of town for a while with the vehicle so there’s nothing I can do. The reason for the delay getting the recall fixed was to order the parts- someone failed me. More

Saved by your colleague! I had a scheduled appointment at 1 last Friday and I arrived at approximately 12:55 for the service. This was my first time at this service departmen I had a scheduled appointment at 1 last Friday and I arrived at approximately 12:55 for the service. This was my first time at this service department and was interested to see how customers were handled. I was scheduled to work with Jason, but he was still coming back from lunch, so Ed was happy to assist me. I headed over to the customer lounge to enjoy the comfy seats. After an hour and forty five minutes, I started to get a bit antsy, so I headed outside to wait. After about ten minutes, my car pulled up and I was ready to go. However, I proceeded to stand there for another 10 minutes without any word from Jason. At that point, I texted him (he had written to me at the beginning of the appointment) and asked if I should come to his desk or wait for him. Thankfully, Ed was moving in and out of his office area and noticed me waiting while my car was ready. He grabbed me and checked me out. If it wasn’t for Ed, I’d probably be looking for assistance elsewhere. I’ll be sure to ask for him in the future. (Jason could be great to work with, I just don’t know because I never talked to him.) Scheduled maintenance Hello, I had my first scheduled maintenance on my car done. Everyone was very nice, and the waiting area was clean. They finished my car in two hours with the routine maintenance. I did ask for my splash guard which was missing a bolt, my steering wheel seems to Have a loose screw “drives me nuts it’s by where I put my hand and the plastic grabs it”. The splash guard was done but my steering wheel umm wasn’t done. So the steering wheel still drives me nuts. Hopefully they fix it next time. I also was notified I have an airbag recall, that happened couple days after my visit. Thanks Roger Wright More
