Customer service I never have a problem with service. Jason is a great advisor. I’m glad they give you to the same advisor every time makes it more personal. My only issue is sometimes it’s hard to get in on Saturdays and that’s my only day off. That could partially be my fault I need to maybe make appointments way in advance. Called back at 4:30pm finally reached service dept and they were never given the message that I even called. At that point they were almost closed and I had to rush my car in and almost didn’t have a rental. Complete lack of communication from the service dept Backordered part took 15 months to arrive, in the meantime no updates from Jason. Every time I called, I got a "let me check on that and call you back Backordered part took 15 months to arrive, in the meantime no updates from Jason. Every time I called, I got a "let me check on that and call you back", except no callbacks came. The only information I got was when someone else actually checked for me. I eventually found out that the part had arrived (after it had been sitting there for almost a month). No written estimate was ever given, nor any call on the day of service (we dropped the car off the night before) indicating that work had begun, what the cost might be, or when we might expect to pick up the vehicle. We eventually went there to sit and wait and were finally given a price (after having to have the part removed from the bill, since we paid for it before it was even ordered). At that point, I couldn't hold my tongue any longer... and while it was not Jason's fault that the part was backordered for so long... the complete lack of communication WAS. When I tried to get Jason to understand why we were so frustrated, he tried to shift blame to other employees.
