Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

It was ok. The sales experience was very good but the service center did not meet my expectations. This is the second time I've dealt with this service center an The sales experience was very good but the service center did not meet my expectations. This is the second time I've dealt with this service center and both times I was greeted promptly and told to go inside for help. On both ocassions I was completely ignored. People that came in after me, with no appointment were helped before me. I'm not impressed. More

way to add on visits and work billed Jason Logue was very nice, took my info and set up service both times very politely and quickly but that was all the good I have to say about the last Jason Logue was very nice, took my info and set up service both times very politely and quickly but that was all the good I have to say about the last to visits other than the lady that answered my call Monday making me feel better about driving my vehicle in. I do not know who the technition was that worked on my vehicle Thursday when i brought it in for a recall with and oil change and tire rotation. All went well that day.Saturday i was pulling out of a parking spot when my brakes grinded a second and an indicator came on that looked like a view of a car from behind with 2 swerve lines and it did it again Sunday but also the ABS indicator came on. I brought the vehicle in Monday and was told i had a bad wheel sensor on the front left wheel that was causing the indicator to come on. I had no problems at all with the wheels when i dropped the vehicle off and within a day and a half after i start to. a little odd to me. I think there was an unintentional accident that happened when they rotated my tires and now i had to pay $187.00 out of my pocket to fix it. it does not seem right or fair. just my opinion and i know everyone has 1. More
