At the dealership, there was a $2,000 hidden fee, so for the sake of honesty, I have to knock a couple of points off. Then, 30 minutes after buying the car, the key fob and backup camera stopped working. Jason immediately jumped in and made sure everything was resolved. He even dropped the car off at my house on his day off without being asked or making a fuss about it. The dealership is not perfect, but as long as you are working with Jason, I feel confident recommending Courtesy Mitsubishi. Thanks, Jason! Alex loves her new Jeep! More

I saw a good deal on the car 14,555. 00 so I drove over 2 hours to get the car. Interest rate was supposed to be under 5.75% as I could get that with my credit union. When signing papers, this was inflated to 11.74%, even with 730+ credit score. I was going to walk out, but they adjusted the rate to 5.69%. Then added Warranty etc and inflated my cost from 14.5k to about 22.5k 8k in extras. I am not impressed. I was looking at a SUV that I could have gotten for less money. I like the car but not happy with financial part. More
