I recently purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Sonic from this dealership, and I want to give a huge thank-you to Jason or the way everything was handled from start to finish. The buying process itself was smooth and straightforward, but what really impressed me was how the dealership responded when an unexpected issue came up shortly after purchase. The coolant reservoir developed a pressure crack, one of those rare, unpredictable things that can happen on any used car. As soon as I reached out, Jason immediately stepped in, made sure my car was taken care of, and even helped get the repair expedited. The service department had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly, and everything was fully covered under their 30-day protection without any hassle or pushback. No excuses, no runaround, just honest service and real support. I’m genuinely grateful for how transparent, responsive, and helpful they were. It’s easy to sell a car, but it’s how a dealership treats you after the sale that really shows their character, and these guys proved they stand behind their customers.
