it's terrible! they're trying to plunder customer's money as much as possible! My car is Smart which probably worth around $4000.00, the sales man said I need do th they're trying to plunder customer's money as much as possible! My car is Smart which probably worth around $4000.00, the sales man said I need do the service of a package which need pay over $1000.00. I rejected and told him how can you expect me to pay a service fee of over $1000 for car only value around $4000? It's so ridiculous! Finally after the negotiation, the sales man said I must take the package of $360.00 which is for the service of mileage of 100,000, but the mileage of my car is only 37233! That's the way they're trying to raven the money from the customer! More
