DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This 1-Star review is for the advisor named Peter Yee. My mom owns a brand new 2021 Mercedes GLB and been serviced by Peter Yee since her 1st service This 1-Star review is for the advisor named Peter Yee. My mom owns a brand new 2021 Mercedes GLB and been serviced by Peter Yee since her 1st service appointment and we picked him because he speaks Chinese to help with my mom’s language barrier. What an irony he did none of those. We recently discovered her 2 front tires were extremely worn off almost bald, but the 2 rear tires are like brand new.My mom said Peter has been advising her no need to rotate in the past service appointments (mind you those appointments costs average $500+ each). I immediately scheduled her an appointment for today to get new tires and left a note demanding a reason why Peter is giving such bad advises. My mom said Peter brushed her off without giving a proper explanation, in addition she got charged a labor fee about $300 to align and install her new tires. The invoice doesn’t even specify what services were performed and what those labor was for. Ridiculous. More
