Very dishonest way to conduct business, finance manager added unwanted prepaid services even after I had told him several times that I did NOT wanted any add ons. I was not able to review my contract prior added unwanted prepaid services even after I had told him several times that I did NOT wanted any add ons. I was not able to review my contract prior to leaving the dealership because the contract was saved in a USB card that I opened 2 days later. The items added were Zurich paint protection and Zurich dent removal. I had this coverage on my mercedes and I file 2 claims and the 2 claims were denied!. Advise ask for a paper contract and carefully review every item that its included in it. Avoid headaches! More
