I walked in knowing my parameters on what i wanted and wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great! My only gripe would be that the detailers missed cleaning out the center console an wasnt pressured to try and get a newer year. jonathan was great! We tried them all before selecting these guys for their responsiveness and willingness to work with us. GM Steele is one in a million, engaging, humble and extremely responsive. Jason our sales specialist went above and beyond, timely, personable, dependable and understanding. And Alex, the finance manager was accurate fast and courteous. No hard sell, no attitude (esp in these times of upcoming tariffs) no hard upsell. Outstanding. This store lives up to its reputation and gives Toyota a good name. I can tell you as a fact the other nearby dealers are on the other end of the spectrum. Do not waste your time with them. Way to go Steele, Jason and Alex. Forever loyal to Freeway.
