Jim actually put me in touch with both Mike Bradley and Jerry Stierhoff in their certified/pre-owned area, I was in Florida at the time but had seen an Escape I was interested in. Mike said they had the same car but a year newer, and Jerry spend a great deal of time with questions I had regarding the car. Jerry was both highly professional and very kind to work with. He really went out of his way to accommodate me. I actually bought the car sight unseen because of the trust I have in this dealership. Jason Schaub handled the financial transaction with ease, and Jerry delivered it to my house in Columbus until I returned several weeks later. The people at Roush could not be nicer and more qualified to work with. They are a great team! More

Blake made things happen and was an absolute professional prior, during, and great follow up after the sale. Blake was great on product knowledge and offered different models and explained their features checking for the possibility of an alternate vehicle would function for my needs. Roush Ford has hired and trained fabulous associates to represent their brand. The other sales associates I had the pleasure to speak with were all very friendly and polite. Especially the gentleman from Cincinnati. More
