This was the fourth Toyota dealership I had been to and had bad experiences at all of them until I walked through the doors at Oak Lawn Toyota. I started correspondence with Lauren who was great, worked with Steve who was great, onto Rob for my remote start, and ended with Jason for finance. They were all fantastic and accommodating. Rob even gave me 2 stuffed animals to bring home to my kids! Can't say enough, have been telling people to go there and I will now be a customer for life! More

Bought new Toyota Highlander 2015! Jack was great! I previously got my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Oak Lawn Toyota. Last week it got totaled in an accident after someone hit me. The sta Jack was great! I previously got my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Oak Lawn Toyota. Last week it got totaled in an accident after someone hit me. The staff at Oak Lawn Toyota has always been friendly and welcoming. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a Toyota Highlander for it's safety, size, reliability, good resale value, and quality. Jack was very informative and helpful throughout the car buying process. During the test drive he was down to earth and took the time to answer all of our questions. They day we bought the car he was ready for us! He made the entire process easy and stress free. Once all the paper work was done he spent an hour going over the features of the XLE with us. He helped sync my information to the car system. My fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted and Jack put everything together nicely. We could not be more happy with Oak Lawn Toyota service and our new car. I myself love Toyota for their durability and high quality. I know this is a car that will be with us for years and years to come while we build a family. And when we are ready for another car down the road we know just where to look :) More

We did not have to haggle prices with them we went to a few places and asked for their best price and they by far gave us the best quote! Rob and Bob were very helpful and really seemed to care about us and not just making the sale. We are confident that if anything ever goes wrong they will help us out however they can. We love our car and recommend them to family and friends! Jason in finance was also very easy to work with and made the process go smoothly. More

When Rob Halderson introduced himself and welcomed us to Oak Lawn Toyota, he was extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Rob went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable about buying our first Corolla. He was very thorough when walking us through all the nice features on our new car. Thanks to Steve Hertogs, we were able to get the color I wanted through another dealership. We couldn't be more pleased and the price was excellent. Usually they say when you have a bad experience, you tell everyone. When you have a good experience, you tell no one. That will not be the case however, because we can't stop talking about the excellent salesman Rob Halderson, the awesome Sales Manager, Steve Hertogs and Jason Stroit in the finance department. The experience was GREAT from start to finish when we pulled away in our Rav4. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was great but Bob Spee, the Sales Rep was fantastic. It was the 1st time we met him yet he made us feel so comfortable and relaxed we knew his objective was to find the right car for us...not just "sell us a car". We are now the 6th referral from our cousin that has gone to Oak Lawn Toyota, dealt with Bob Spee and left happy. This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased since we have been married but it has been 100% the BEST buying experience, again, from start to finish. So if you need a new car, used car or want to lease a car...head to Oak Lawn Toyota and ask for Bob Spee...you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!! More

Rob is the best car salesperson we have ever worked with. Not pushy or arrogant. My wife and daughter are as comfortable dealing with Rob as I am. He knows his Toyota's inside and out and takes the time to explain all of your car buying options in a friendly, relaxed manner. NO high pressure tactics with Rob. And when it's time to pick up that new car, Rob goes over all of the features ( some of them more than once) until you're almost as knowledgeable as he is about that Toyota. Jason was wonderful when it came time to go through the finance options including GAP insurance that every car buyer should become familiar with to protect their investment.
