This was my second car purchase from Carlos. He was incredibly knowledgeable and dealt with my car needs extremely well. He was well prepared and went beyond expectations when he had my car delivered to the lot. His hard work was evident and the level of excellent customer service made everything easy. He is straightforward and not a beat-around the bush salesman. Great service and now I'm driving around in my new 2021 Rogue! Yay!!! More

Unwanted items added to contract, no extra key We went into this dealership after driving 2 1/2 hrs to locate a car, we had seen on the internet. Nice vehicle really and we did end up purchasing it We went into this dealership after driving 2 1/2 hrs to locate a car, we had seen on the internet. Nice vehicle really and we did end up purchasing it. Warning Here!! Make sure you look at the contract very carefully. I still haven't firgured out how we paid 41,000$ for a vehicle marked at 31,000$ with 10,000$ down, and the end of the contract we paid the original 31,000$. The added an additionaal 800.00$ for a theft device that we DID NOT want and requested it be removed, not to mention it had already been paid for once by the previous owner and as far as I know has NOT been activated!! The salesman CS seemed to be a nice man and they just treat you very nice but don't lower your guard. THEY are salemen. The additional Key is costing 450.00 dollars and they basically said to contact a locksmith!! Not a big help! So though we like the vehicle, I'm positive that I won't do business with this company again. More
